Hello friends/family/future clients! My name is Tia Celise Montgomery and i recently graduated from USUs Bachelor program of Human Movement. I have always had a passion for makeup and have dabbled in it a but here and there, doing makeup for weddings, graduations, proms and pictures! I have always done it for friends and family and want to make something of it and branch out!
